Contraderm is recommended to help soothe irritated skin and manage skin conditions that cause flaking, itching or redness. Things like injuries and skin peels can cause trauma to the skin and the traumatised skin often starts to release new cells too quickly which can cause a scar. Contraderm works to slow this process down and encourage new skin cells to come to the surface naturally to reduce the chances of scarring. At the same time, the crème keeps the skin hydrated with the moisturising properties of aloe vera and several natural oils that are used in its formulation.
